Legislative Representation
Each day, your interests are represented in front of Iowa lawmakers and regulators. The IGIA provides legislative lobbying on the state and national level to protect your business interests. Part of being an effective trade association is getting competitors to work together to accomplish common goals. The IGIA is at the Iowa State Capitol daily fostering positive relationships with law makers.

Liaison to Governmental and Regulatory Agencies
The IGIA monitors and provides assistance to members on problems with regulations or regulatory issues at the state and federal level. The IGIA has a strong relationship with several government and regulatory agencies and is a great resource for your organization.
