About the LEAD Conference:
The recently-formed IGIA LEAD Council is excited to be hosting the first-ever LEAD Conference on June 6, which will bring together up-and-coming and established leaders in the grocery, convenience and food industry. This will be a great opportunity for intentional networking with time set aside for group conversations. We'll also hear from two great speakers — Jackie Staley and Steve Fredlund will speak on leadership, organizational cultures, employee and customer experience, productivity, and engagement and retention. The event also includes a community service component: Participants will packs summer snack kits for Youth & Shelter Services kids camp attendees.

If you've never taken part in the IGIA Leadership Institute, this one-day conference is a great glimpse into what you would gain from the Leadership Institute. Already have attended the Leadership Institute? Connect with your past classmates and further your leadership skills while networking with new connections. Registration is open to all members!
