Speaker: Michelle Book, President and CEO of the Iowa Food Bank
Michelle will speak on executive presence and how she got to be the President and CEO of the Iowa Food Bank. She will also speak to how people can volunteer and make a difference for the food bank.
 
Volunteering: After listening to Michelle, attendees will be able to volunteer for the Food Bank. We will be food sorting: the food bank receives donations of food items that needs sorted, labeled, counted and boxed. Examples: Checking dates and food safety of food drive items, bagging bulk produce, packing BackPack Sacks for children, putting bulk rice or pasta into family sized bags, boxing up like items into equally weighted boxes, and more!
*Volunteering is capped at 25 volunteers. Registration for volunteering is first come first serve.*
