Supermarket S.M.A.R.T.S. Seminar Returns in 2012 May 8 - 10 The Iowa Grocery Industry Association once again will team up with retail specialist, author and consultant Harold Lloyd to offer the Supermarkets S.M.A.R.T.S. program May 8 - 10, 2012 in Des Moines.
Supermarket S.M.A.R.T.S. (Successful Managers Ambitiously Refining Their Skills) is an intensive, three-day program tailored to meet the needs of assistant managers, store managers, key department heads with a promising future and other up-and-coming professionals committed to a career in the grocery industry. Facilitated by Lloyd, the program consists of three self-standing modules, each addressing key areas of success for those in the trenches of Iowa's retail industry.
