IGIA Women’s Network Announces November Event

Mark Your Calendar for 9 a.m., Tuesday, November 2

The IGIA Women’s Network presents “Getting Through the Money Maze Without Getting Lost” by Joey Beech. This Zoom event, features presenter Joey Beech, Author of Girl’s Guide to Personal Finance.

Join us virtually 9-10 a.m., Tuesday, November 2nd. This session will cover the core principles of personal finance in easy-to-understand terms and examples. You will learn you don’t need to be a math wiz to master your finances. From managing your credit to managing your retirement, you’ll gain the confidence you need to navigate the money maze without getting lost in the process.

Joey Beech learned the valuable lessons of finance from the school of hard-knocks early on in life. Much of her career has consisted of understanding and working with financial strategies. When her daughter started her career, Joey saw a need for simple, objective financial information. She decided to combine both her personal and professional knowledge to help young people and their parents understand the impacts of daily financial decisions. The result is “A Girl’s Guide to Personal Finance.”

In this session, we will learn:

  • Money Management
  • Financial Literacy
  • Economic Empowerment of Women
