Fareway and Casey’s CEOs Crack Up Playing Egg Roulette for the Iowa Food Bank

Check out this hilarious video for a good cause. Fareway Stores Inc. CEO Reynolds Cramer challenged Casey’s General Stores President and CEO Terry Handley to a game of egg roulette as part of the Iowa Egg Council’s "Crack An Egg" challenge.

It wasn’t just to see who’d end up with egg on their face. The duo celebrated World Egg Day, Friday, Oct. 13 while raising funds for the Iowa Food Bank.

The Iowa Egg Council is hoping the "Crack An Egg" challenge will "go viral" on social media.

Executive Director Kevin Stiles explained on WHO radio that each time someone posts a video of people playing egg roulette, and adds the hashtag #Crackanegg, the Iowa Egg Council will donate a dozen eggs to the Food Bank of Iowa.

In addition, Both Fareway and Casey’s will be donating cases of eggs to help fill a truckload to be donated to the food bank.

The video features Cramer and Handley taking turns smashing eggs on their forehead. Eight eggs are hard-boiled, four are raw. The game ends with the first player to pick a raw egg. Play the video now to find out who that was.
