The 18th Annual Iowa Grocery Industry Association Hall of Fame Dinner will take place Thursday, November 3, 2011, at the Sheraton West Des Moines Hotel. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a reception, which will be followed by the program and dinner at 6:45 p.m.
Advance registration for the Hall of Fame Dinner, which will open in the near future, is available at the price of $100 per person or $900 for a table of 10 for members, or $130 per person or $1200 for a table of 10 for non-members. Registration forms must be returned to the IGIA office no later than Thursday, October 20. No refunds will be granted after October 20.
As tradition, the Retailer of the Year and Supplier of the Year will both be announced at the dinner. Other award recipients, such as Volunteer of the Year, GroPAC Award and Lifetime Achievement Award, have also been recognized at past banquets.
